Dr. Clorinda Sanders is deeply committed to helping individuals achieve their personal and professional aspirations. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, her dedication to empowering others has been the cornerstone of her career. With over two decades of expertise in career and professional development, life skills training, and workforce development, Dr. Sanders has positively impacted the lives of over 10,000 individuals, including at-risk youth, adults, veterans, the disabled, the homeless, and those re-entering society from incarceration.

In the past ten years, Dr. Sanders has focused on reintegrating individuals from incarceration, and she champions the cause of women-owned small businesses. Her recent study, "Effective Survival Strategies for Women-owned SMEs after a Natural Disaster," was published in 2023.

Dr. Sanders's educational background is extensive and diverse. She holds an associate in business from University of Phoenix, a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with Honors in Organizational Management from HBCU Edward Waters University, an MBA in Marketing from Lynn University, and a Master in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University. She earned her Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership from Walden University. Certified as a HR professional (SHRM-CP), a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), and a Career Services Provider (CSSP), Dr. Sanders is equipped to offer workforce development services globally. She is also recognized by the SBA as a Woman-Owned Small Business leader and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Southern New Hampshire University.

Her commitment extends beyond her community, where she has dedicated over 20 years to enhancing lives and advancing careers. Dr. Sanders's involvement with local non-profits includes serving on the Board and Director of the Workforce Readiness Committee with the Jacksonville Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). This role involves leading initiatives like the Career Talk Series which is a collaboration between local non-profits, aimed at providing workforce development training to job seekers. Dr. Sanders is a member of The National Society of Leadership Success (NSLS), The Jacksonville Chamber, and The Jacksonville Chamber's Women's Business Center. She is a 2024 graduate of The Jax Bridges Entrepreneurial Program, a subsidiary of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. Clorinda enjoys traveling and exploring culture.
